We are excited to safely get back into the swing of things! Below is information regarding our fall preseason workout schedule and important information.
Prior to Workout
When you arrive at HHS, drive to door 5 and stay in your car for the prescreening process. We will come to you and take your temperature. We will not be collecting paperwork. An updated (after May 1st) sports physical must be on file. Please scan and email it to Mrs. Petruzzi (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to the workout. She must give you confirmation to attend workouts. No exceptions! Athletes will be 6-10 feet apart.. Coaches will be wearing masks.
Workout Days & Times
- Monday & Wednesday (beginning 9/29)
- We will work in stations for space purposes
- HHS Track
- Bring your own water bottle!
