Hanan Ahmed. Wow can this guy run those turns. His quick stride, precise handoffs, and huge relay legs were the reason that our 4 x 100m teams routinely won Districts, went to Penn Relays, the State Championship, and to Nationals. Great career Hanan!.

Duncan “Dunc” Anthony. It’s hard to live up to your older brother’s accomplishments, but Duncan did just that and so much more. His long, effortless form was his staple. He’s been the backbone of the Distance team for several years now and will be missed next year..

Madeline Bergeron-She’s ranked #7 in school history in the 3200, #10 all time in the 1600, and 2-time All Liberty District. Her favorite memory was going to Virginia Showcase this year because she ran 2 of her best races ever, and got to room with Valen and Gillian which was fun. She will continue her running career next year at Roanoke College..

Joseph Elgin. An essential leg on the state bound 4 x 800 teams. He’s ranked #8 in school history in the 500. His favorite moments are the home meet sprint versus distance 4x400, coach rod’s speech during the home meet and being able to create/be a part of great team dynamic. He plans to run collegiately next year..

Natnaele “Natty” Ghile. A guy with endless potential. It’s a shame that this season was cancelled because this was going to be his breakthrough season. He is a great hurdler too! He went from being a JV guy to a Varsity contributor in just a year. Stay running Natty!.

Liban Hanfi. A 4 year, 12 season athlete and the smoothest form on the track. Made the state XC meet sophomore year individually in a thrilling last mile at Burke Lake. He’s pure talent and makes everyone around him better. Running can take him as far as he wants it to. Good luck.

Dean Johnson. A pure grinder. 4 x District Champion. He’d stay after every day working on hurdle drills on his own. His favorite memory was either winning districts diving in the 300H or winning his heat at the Dogwood Classic at UVA last year. He plans to run collegiately in the future..

Mike La Rosa returned to track his senior year, after taking a small detour to baseball and rugby his sophomore and junior years.He earned eight varsity letters from Herndon in Football, Wrestling and Track. Mike plans to attend West Point, reporting on June 29th..
