Yesterday we officially launched @herndonsports, which will be our twitter account for everything Herndon Athletics. We are going to use the twitter site as a way to get information concerning schedules, changes in game times or dates, score updates, updates on former Hornets who are not participating in college/professional sports, etc.  I think this can be a great tool for our athletic department to use to get information out quickly.
